How "look and feel" tell a story.
Makeup design is one of those things that is pure fun for me because I get to use different colors, products, and application techniques to create the "look and feel" of a story. I love how good visual design gives viewers immediate context and helps them connect the dots quickly. In process, I enjoy looking at images and illustrations for inspiration, and then making decisions about which skills & tools are best suited for the job depending on the look I'm trying to achieve. I've done professional makeup for theatre, music videos, photo shoots, and yes...Halloween.
